Chris Picken (one of our family members) has been raising some money for CADCAF. He celebrated his birthday party with all his friends and had a great time. Chris decided that as he has everything he would like (almost!) that he would ask his friends for a donation to CADCAF instead of bringing him presents. What a lovely thought Chris, thank you so much from all of the staff and committee at CADCAF. We are very grateful for your donation of £70.00.
We have also received a donation from Mr and Mrs. Allen who recently celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary and as they have everything they could possibly need they asked their guests to make a donation to our charity instead of receiving presents.
They responded positively and raised £980.00 for CADCAF.
They knew of our existence as their grandson has been involved as a CADCAF member in the past and was helped greatly by the activities we run etc.
