Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient healing therapy, which enables the body to heal itself at its own pace. It is based on the principle that every part of the body has a reflex zone on the feet. Linked to this is a system of energy throughout the body, which through lifestyle, diet, stress and other factors can become blocked or congested, causing the body to become out of balance. This can then cause the body to function less effectively and cause ill health.

Reflexology aims to get the energy flowing freely through the body again, allowing it to function more efficiently and helping it to return to a state of balance. Reflexology is an ancient technique dating back to Egyptian times. It was introduced to the UK in the 1960’s. Reflexology maintains good health, improves the circulation, boosts the immune system, reduces stress and tension and aids pain relief.Reflexology
